Although the Canada Post labour disruption has ended, to avoid delays as service restarts this week, people who receive Ontario Works assistance cheques by mail should pick up their January payment at their office beginning December 19th. Identification will be required.
Please contact your caseworker if you have questions, and consider registering for other payment options.
Information for landlords and third-party payees can be found on the impact to City services page.
