Counter Services

Toronto Elections offers in-person services at City Hall (Toronto Elections office, first floor permit alley) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Election staff are available by email and phone Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except holidays)

If you require an in-person service on a day other than Tuesday or Thursday, it is recommended that you book an appointment two days in advance by calling the candidate information line at 416-395-0025 or emailing candidateinfo@toronto.ca.
