Auditor's report on the audit of the Board of Management of the Metropolitan Toronto Zoo
for the year ended December 31, 1997, together with the Management's response to the
Auditor's recommendations, and noting that the Management Committee received the report;
and advising that the Board of the Toronto Zoo received the aforementioned report
