Legal Claim

The Corporate Services Committee recommends:

(1) the adoption of the joint confidential report (January 16, 1998) from the Lead Solicitor, Legal Services, the Functional Lead, Waste Management, and the Acting Commissioner of Corporate Services respecting a legal claim, which was forwarded to Members of Council under Aconfidential@ cover; and

(2) that Council resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole to give consideration, in camera, to such report.
