BY-LAW No. - 1998

To name the proposed private lane 14.1 metres north of Queen Street East extending westerly from Kent Road "Dorothy Bullen Place".

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1. The lane as shown on the attached Map "A" dated February, 1998 is named Dorothy Bullen Place.

2. Universe Investments, its agent or successor shall enter into an agreement with the City to pay the City for the costs of fabrication and installation of the appropriate signage.

3. Universe Investments, its agent or successor shall maintain, at their own risk, the signage installed pursuant to section 2 of this by-law.
