4.870 PAPE AVENUE - TRANSFER OF EASEMENT
FOR VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS.

Advising of a request by Upper East Side Developments Inc. to execute and register on title a
Transfer of Easement for vehicular and pedestrian access in favour of the owner of Part of Lot
122, Plan 66R-18066, over Part of Lot 123, Plan 66R-18066; further advising that the cost of
preparing and registering these releases will be paid by the owner; and recommending that:
(1)the City Solicitors for the East York Office be directed to prepare and register on title a
Transfer of Easement.
(2)the appropriate City officials be authorized to take such actions and execute such
document as may be necessary to give effect to Recommendation No. (1).
5.TRAFFIC OPERATIONS ON WOODVILLE AVENUE,
BETWEEN PAPE AVENUE AND DONLANDS AVENUE.

Reporting on traffic operations on Woodville Avenue, between Pape Avenue and
DonlandsAvenue, and on traffic regulations at the intersection of Pepler Avenue and
Woodville Avenue; advising that there are no financial implications associated with the
recommendations in this report; and recommending that:
(1)this report be received for information of East York Community Council; and
(2)the Toronto Police Service be requested to enforce the "Stop" control at the intersection
of Woodville Avenue and Rivercourt Boulevard.
6.INSTALLATION OF DISABLED PERSONS
PARKING SPACE ON GLEDHILL AVENUE.

Reporting on the proposed installation of a disabled parking space adjacent to
260GledhillAvenue; advising that funds to undertake the installation of the disabled parking
space in the estimated amount of $500.00 are contained in the 1999 Current Budget request of
the Transportation Services Division; and recommending that:
(1)Schedule 'E' of By-law No. 34-93, entitled "To provide for disabled person parking
permit holders", as amended, be further amended to implement a disabled parking space on
the west side of Gledhill Avenue from a point 49.0 metres south of BarkerAvenue to a point
54.5 metres south of Doncaster Avenue;
(2)this disabled parking space be removed when Mr. Sydney Norman no longer resides at
260 Gledhill Avenue; and,
(3) the appropriate City officials be authorized and directed to take the necessary action,
including the introduction of the necessary Bill in Council to give effect thereto.
7.REQUEST FOR DIRECTION ON
MINOR VARIANCE APPEALS:

(2)47 VANDERHOOF AVENUE.

(1)approve the application by 1314661 Ontario Limited, to amend Zoning By-law 6752, by
rezoning the lands at 401 Dawes Road from Residential R1B to Residential R2A - Site
Specific, which would permit the development of 11 street-front townhouse units; and,
(2)enact the Zoning By-law substantially in the form attached.
