The purpose of this report is to advise on the results of the competitive procurement calls issued by the Purchasing and Materials Management Division and to recommend contract awards as outlined in this report.

That the Bid Committee grant authority to award Tender Call No. 203-2009, Contract No. 09TE-127TR in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the appendices of the report (November 26, 2009) from the Director, Purchasing and Materials Management, moved by Laurie McQueen.

That the Bid Committee grant authority to award Tender Call No. 160-2009, Contract No. 09FS-53WS in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the appendices of the report (November 26, 2009) from the Director, Purchasing and Materials Management, moved by Vince Pagliuca.
