| City Council Decision |
City Council on September 30 and October 1, 2009, adopted the following:
1. City Council oppose the revised proposal and applications.
2. City Council direct the City Solicitor and appropriate City staff and other consultants as needed to attend the Ontario Municipal Board, to oppose the rezoning and subdivision applications as represented in the current revised proposal submitted to the Ontario Municipal Board.
3. In the event the Ontario Municipal Board is inclined to approve a development of the lands, the City Solicitor request the Board to impose necessary conditions of approval as determined by staff.
