On motion by Barbara Ewles, the Minutes of the meeting of the Property Standards Committee held on May 12, 2009, were confirmed.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel approved the following regarding the Order to Comply dated April 22, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 127251 PRS 00 IV, by Robert Watson, Property Standards Officer, for 2313 Lakeshore Boulevard West (Interior), Toronto:

 

1.         Confirmed Items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7.

 

2.         Confirmed Items 5, 6 and 8. The time to comply to these items only was extended to December 30, 2009.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel approved the following regarding the Order to Comply dated April 22, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 127219 PRS 00 IV, by Robert Watson, Property Standards Officer, for 2313 Lakeshore Boulevard West (Exterior), Toronto:

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel:

 

1.         Confirmed the Order to Comply dated May 1, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 132371 PRS 00 IV, by Stephen Shumelda, Property Standards Officer, for 10 Kings Point Drive, Toronto. The time to comply was extended to February 1, 2010.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel, approved the following regarding the Order to Comply dated April 30, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 131835 PRS IV, by Stephen Shumelda, Property Standards Officer, for 4 Kinsdale Boulevard, Toronto:

 

1.         Deferred the matter to its November 24, 2009 meeting to allow the appellant to meet with Municipal Licensing and Standards staff on the location, grading and screening of the proposed garbage container.

 

2.         Directed the Manager, Municipal Licensing and Standards, Etobicoke York District to submit a full Inspection Report on the matter to the Panel.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel, approved the following regarding the Order to Comply dated April 29, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 131335 PRS IV, by Stephen Shumelda, Property Standards Officer, for 1 Crown Hill Place, Toronto:

 

1.         Deferred the matter to its October 20, 2009 meeting to allow the appellant to meet with Municipal Licensing and Standards staff on the location and screening of the proposed garbage container.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel, approved the following regarding the Order to Comply dated May 1, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 132364 PRS IV, by Stephen Shumelda, Property Standards Officer, for 3 Heatherdale Road, Toronto:

 

1.         Deferred the matter to its October 20, 2009 meeting to allow the appellant to meet with Municipal Licensing and Standards staff to determine acceptable screening for the proposed garbage container.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel Confirmed the Order to Comply dated April 30, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 131768 PRS 00 IV, by Tony Martino, Property Standards Officer, for 32 Durie Street, Toronto.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel, approved the following regarding the Order to Comply dated May 12, 2009, issued under section 15.2(2) of the Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23, as amended, under Folder No. 09 135370 PRS IV, by Robert Watson, Property Standards Officer, for 167 Stephen Drive:

 

1.         Deferred the matter to its October 20, 2009 meeting to allow the appellant to meet with Municipal Licensing and Standards staff to work on an agreement regarding the timing to comply to the Order dated May 12, 2009.

 

2.         Directed the Manager, Municipal Licensing and Standards, Etobicoke York District to submit a full Inspection Report to the Panel on the heights of the guards and the spacing of the hand rails and guards.

The Property Standards Committee – Etobicoke York Panel:
