Property Standards Committee, Scarborough Panel:
1. Confirmed the Order to Comply (June 15, 2009), subject to:
a. directed that all debris and concrete rubble be cleared from the property, to the satisfaction of the City and such costs shall be paid 50% by the owners of 48 Linton Avenue, Toronto and 50% by the owners of 310 Blantyre Avenue, Toronto. b. directed that a minimum two foot retaining wall be built either with a two to one slope and the land be protected from erosion by sodding to stablize the land or a maximum four foot retaining wall, to the satisfaction of the City and such costs shall be paid 50% by the owners of 48 Linton Avenue, Toronto and 50% by the owners of 310 Blantyre Avenue, Toronto. c. directed that if a fence is built on 48 Linton Avenue that such costs to be paid 100% by the owners of 48 Linton Avenue.
