Confirmation of Minutes

 

On motion by Earl H. Straus, the Minutes of the meeting of the Property Standards Committee held on June 8, 2009, were confirmed.

Committee Decision

Property Standards Committee, Scarborough Panel:

 

1.         Confirmed the Order to Comply (June 15, 2009), subject to:

 

a.         directed that all debris and concrete rubble be cleared from the property, to the satisfaction of the City and such costs shall be paid 50% by the owners of 48 Linton Avenue, Toronto and 50% by the owners of 310 Blantyre Avenue, Toronto.

b.         directed that a minimum two foot retaining wall be built either with a two to one slope and the land be protected from erosion by sodding to stablize the land or a maximum four foot retaining wall, to the satisfaction of the City and such costs shall be paid 50% by the owners of 48 Linton Avenue, Toronto and 50% by the owners of 310 Blantyre Avenue, Toronto.

c.         directed that if a fence is built on 48 Linton Avenue that such costs to be paid 100% by the owners of 48 Linton Avenue.
