1.         requested the Chair, Property Standards Committee, Toronto and East York Panel to send a communication to the Integrity Commissioner on behalf of the Committee regarding the appearances of Councillors before the City of Toronto Adjudicative Boards; and

 

2.         received the communication (November 6, 2009 from the Integrity Commissioner for information.

The Office of the Integrity Commissioner has requested all Members of City Boards to write in and comment on the relationship between the applicable Codes of Conduct and any future policies which Council might wish to consider concerning the appearances of Councillors before City of Toronto Adjudicative Boards.

"The Property Standards Committee, Toronto and East York Panel, refused to hear the Order to Comply (September 14, 2009) issued by Maddalena Salatino, Property Standards Officer respecting the property at 1040 Coxwell Avenue, in that the order was improperly before the Committee, as it was the wrong address."
