MyToronto Pay, is a collaboration between the City of Toronto and PayIt. Property tax and utility bill payments can be made by electronic funds transfer with no convenience fee, or by credit card or debit card with convenience fees charged by industry. For property tax payments you will need your property tax roll number and for utility bill payments you will need your account number and client number.
